Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the finance and accounting team.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to executive leadership.
  • Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Support long-term business and financial planning initiatives.
  • Maintain financial databases, systems, and procedures.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend improvements.
  • Track business performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports for stakeholders and management.
  • Analyze financial performance, variances, and drive improvement strategies.

Requirements & Skills

  • Proficiency in financial/accounting software and tools.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability in budgeting, financial planning, and tax strategy.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to motivate teams.
  • Knowledge of compliance, regulatory standards, and investment management.
  • Track record in financial planning, analysis, and operations (A/P, A/R, payroll, auditing).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
