Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead, direct, and manage the finance and accounting team.
  • Provide strategic financial recommendations to the CEO, COO, and executive leadership team.
  • Oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and preparation of all financial reports.
  • Advise on long-term business and financial planning initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain financial databases and formal finance procedures.
  • Analyze internal operations, identify cost-saving opportunities, and recommend process improvements.
  • Monitor business performance using tracking tools and implement corrective measures as needed.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports for earnings calls, management, and company stakeholders.
  • Measure financial performance, analyze variances, and implement improvements.

Requirements & Skills

  • Minimum of 3–5 years in a senior finance role; CPA designation preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of current financial and accounting software applications.
  • Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to strategize, problem-solve, and make sound business decisions.
  • Experience in developing budgets, financial plans, and tax strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards, compliance requirements, and investment management.
  • Proven success in financial planning, analysis, and managing operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and auditing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php75,000.00 per month
