Senior Manager, SMAC Personalized MarketingSM Store Pasay, National Capital Region, PhilippinesAs a SMAC Personalized Marketing Senior Manager, the role will be responsible for overseeing the organization's customer database and leveraging it to drive effective marketing campaigns. This role will involve analyzing customer data to create personalized and targeted marketing campaigns that maximize ROI.Responsibilities:Develop and implement database marketing strategies and campaigns to increase customer engagement and retention. Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform marketing initiatives.

Segment customers based on demographics, behavior, and purchasing patterns to optimize targeting and messaging. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and SMAC team, to execute campaigns and achieve business objectives. Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and tactics.

Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Brand/Trade Marketing, Communications, or any relevant field. At least 5 years of experience in a senior marketing management role in retail or FMCG landscape. Amenable to report full on-site at SM Retail Headquarters - Pasay.
