Job Summary:

The Marketing / Event Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and event plans to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and achieve business goals. This role oversees all aspects of event planning—from concept to completion—and coordinates with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Duties:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans and promotional campaigns for the company's venues, products, and services.
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives including social media, email marketing, and website content.
  • Coordinate the design and production of marketing materials (posters, flyers, videos, etc.).
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics; prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with designers, photographers, and content creators to ensure brand consistency.
  • Research market trends and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Manage marketing budget and ensure cost-efficient use of resources.

Event Management Duties:

  • Plan, organize, and execute in-house and external events (e.g., launches, parties, promotions, collaborations).
  • Coordinate with suppliers, performers, and partners for event requirements.
  • Supervise event logistics, including setup, staffing, permits, and technical requirements.
  • Ensure smooth execution of events and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Evaluate event outcomes and provide post-event reports and improvement recommendations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing, event planning, or brand management (preferably in hospitality, F&B, or entertainment industry).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexible schedule; must be willing to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed for events.
