Reporting to: COO

Responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational activities of a branch. He/she will manage service operations, drive performance, business growth and ensure customer satisfaction. The main responsibilities involve business development, strategic planning, staff management, process improvement, compliance, and customer service. He/she will also take part with developing new ways to improve the quality patient care provided by their organization

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Oversee branch day to day general branch operations including customer service, sales and office administration

· Liaise with the head office for implementing new initiatives and procedures and support on developing plan as well.

· Implement activity and undertakings for branch development

· Act as the main contact person regarding business development for the branch;

· Handle and manage clients not limiting to request, negotiations and services;

· Development of relevant business plan, opportunities, strategies, and solutions relevant for the branch target market to boost the revenue of the branch.

· Implementation of needed customers service procedures and programs aimed to support internal and external customers that would bring benefit to them.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or any related field;

· At least 3-4 years experience in business development or general operations for a healthcare service facility

· Preferably with at least 1 to 2 years of solid experience working as an Operations supervisor, Admin Supervisor, or Business Development Manager

· Good organizational skills

· Administrative skills will be an advantage

· Amenable to travel to meet clients, attend conferences, and research new markets on his/her own

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;

· Excellent analytical and planning skills including sales and negotiation skills;

· Preferably resident of Davao City or Nearby area

· Good Knowledge in MS Office Application
