Best Tools is looking for an Area Sales Representative (ASR) for the Cebu territory
Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Area Sales Representative to manage and grow the Cebu market. This position focuses on hitting sales targets, supporting trade partners, and strengthening the company's presence in the hardware and construction supply sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales performance by assisting General Trade accounts, dealers, and other partners to achieve targets.
- Provide sales reports, market insights, and recommendations to support regional planning and decision-making.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners for the Wadfow GenTrade store network.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers while exploring potential business opportunities.
- Process orders, monitor transactions, and address client or partner issues in a timely manner.
- Expand market reach through regular field visits, account management, and customer engagement.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any bachelor's degree program.
- 1–2 years of sales experience, ideally within the hardware or construction supply industry.
- Holder of a valid professional driver's license.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and willing to work primarily in the field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
