Job Description:

  • Understand the scope of documentation.
  • Collate and analyze available documentation such as requirement documents or specification documents.
  • Create and maintain a central knowledge database which will include updates, organization, translation requests, announcements, and known issues.
  • Support the creation of training material for product verticals.
  • Respond to all knowledge database feedback and targeted training feedback.
  • Audit knowledge database and training to ensure information is current.

Qualifications:

  • Any full-time college degree (Bachelor's or Master's) with specialization in English/Mass Communications/Technical Communications.
  • A certificate in Technical Writing or Software Documentation will be an advantage.
  • Has 6+ years of experience in technical writing and editing online help content or customer support/agent-facing help content
  • Has excellent team and client handling skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Understand the quality assurance norms and guidelines
  • Willing to work onsite (BGC, Taguig)
  • Willing to work night shift
  • Can start ASAP
