Job Title: Resume and Reference Specialist

Summary:

Proficiently formatted resumes according to the standards set by customer, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to company guidelines. Managing the comprehensive referencing process, which encompassed collecting, reviewing, evaluating, and handling all references via calls, texts, and emails.

Responsibilities:

• Formatted resumes with meticulous attention to detail, aligning them with the formatting standards established by the customer.
• Conducted thorough evaluations of candidate references, assessing their relevance, authenticity, and appropriateness.
• Liaised with candidates and references via multiple channels, including calls, text messages, and emails, to gather necessary information and insights.
• Maintained organized records of all referencing communications and documentation, ensuring compliance with company protocols.
• Collaborated closely with recruitment and credentialing teams to streamline the referencing process and expedite candidate evaluations.
• Upheld confidentiality and professionalism throughout all interactions with candidates, references, and internal stakeholders.
• Provided administrative support as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
• Efficiently managed incoming requests and inquiries from queues, ensuring timely processing and resolution.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of BPO experience
• Minimum 2nd-year college undergraduate
• Ability to type 40-50 wpm.
• Proficiency in resume formatting software and tools.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
• Experience working in a customer service environment.
• Strong team player and ability to work with others within and outside of team.
• Ability to manage a large and increasing workload.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, pay close attention to detail and meet deadlines.
• Ability to manage time and increasing workload.
• Must be willing to work in the office at Bridgetowne, Quezon City
• Must be willing to work during US time zone
