Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Information Security Supervisor to formalize IT's accountability for information security beyond traditional cybersecurity and address a critical outstanding audit finding. This role will be instrumental in establishing the governance and frameworks necessary to ensure the protection of organizational information assets.
- Lead the development and formalization of IT's responsibilities related to enterprise-wide information security.
- Define, draft, and finalize comprehensive information security policies aligned with regulatory, legal, and organizational requirements.
- Address and resolve an existing audit finding related to information security governance and compliance.
- Design and implement a sustainable information security awareness program tailored to organizational roles and risks.
- Develop and operationalize a long-term compliance framework to support ongoing policy adherence and risk mitigation.
- Partner with stakeholders across business units to embed security best practices into daily operations.
