We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will lead and manage complex IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, develop detailed project plans, and allocate resources effectively to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and closing of IT projects, ensuring adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track project progress against milestones.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Manage project resources, including internal team members, external vendors, and contractors.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including senior leadership, team members, and external partners.
  • Provide regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and risks.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; PMP certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience managing IT projects, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical solutions to complex challenges.
  • Experience managing projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and requirements.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Asana.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems development lifecycle, and emerging technologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php100, Php200,000.00 per month
