DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

Will play a crucial role in supporting the Product Manager in the development and launch of innovative Safety Software products. This role involves assisting in the execution of product strategies, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet customer needs and business objectives.

  • Assist the Product Manager in driving the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product development and strategy.
  • Support the analysis of customer and product requirements to help develop programs that ensure successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to track and maintain production timelines across various departments.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for new product ideas and assist in developing go-to-market plans.
  • Help execute Product Lifecycle processes for all products, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Assist in translating product strategies into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development.
  • Contribute to the creation of Product Strategy and Development Plan documents.
  • Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Team, Business Solutions Team, and Systems Development Team to support product development, quality assurance, and resource management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in Project or Product Management roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Multitasker and able to complete deliverables with minimal direct supervision.
  • Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment.
  • Good professional ethics. Self-driven, proactive, and able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment.
  • Willing to work under Hybrid work arrangement with office at Pasig City.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
