Talent Development Manager

• Drives operational planning of the unit to support the strategic planning effort of the Talent Development team to support the learning and development needs of the organization.

• Delivers learning and development solutions to the needs of the division account partners to meet business objectives and drive value to the stakeholders

• Designs, develops, and manages programs (and interrelated projects) within company policies and procedures efficiently and effectively to deliver value to the stakeholders

• Improves and implements systems/technology and tools to deliver scalable learning and development solutions across the division and the organizations

• Optimizes resources allocated to the unit in achieving results through systematic approach to planning and execution of programs and projects

• Identifies and monitors talent development metrics to measure the results of the programs, projects, and team performance
