Enjoy market-leading benefits: Join a company that cares about your success and well-being. QualificationsA minimum of 3 years prior recruiting experience is required, ideally in a Global HR Shared Services setting. Ability to multi-task and handle volume hiring.

Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to target the most qualified candidates. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and familiarity with various ATS systems is a plus. Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with candidates, support personnel, and members across teams.
