Job Summary:

Serves as a key supporter in crafting and executing marketing strategies for a security services firm, aimed at promoting services like office keepers and security guards. Acts as a bridge between marketing, sales, and operations to boost lead generation and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source leads through cold outreach, referrals, site visits, and digital channels—targeting homeowners, condos, offices, and commercial establishments.
  • Present the benefits of both housekeeping and security solutions, addressing client needs and objections with persuasive communication.
  • Craft customized service proposals and contracts with clarity and accuracy.
  • Finalize service agreements, reach sales targets, and capitalize on attractive commission-based incentives.
  • Nurture client interactions post-sale to ensure satisfaction, renewals, and referrals.
  • Conduct onsite visits across Metro Manila—including Taguig, Makati, and Quezon City—to meet clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in service or field sales is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with proficiency in CRM platforms and MS Office.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
  • Willing to travel within Metro Manila for client engagements.

Compensation Structure:

  • Base Salary: Typically ₱25,000–₱30,000/month, depending on qualifications, experience, and company standards.
  • Benefits: May include 13th-month pay, performance-based bonuses, travel allowances, and commission on every client deal.
