Position: Operation and Maintenance Technician

Location: Clark, Pampanga

Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule ; 6 days a week

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in building and facilities maintenance and repair.
  • Must have vocational diploma, short course certificate, or bachelor's/college degree.
  • Trades proficiency: Skilled in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting.
  • Tool proficiency: Experienced in using hand and power tools for maintenance tasks.
  • Troubleshooting: Strong ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Preventive maintenance: Knowledgeable in performing regular maintenance to prevent equipment failures.
  • Computer skills: Basic proficiency for accessing maintenance systems or software.
  • Electrical knowledge: Capable of troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems.
  • Plumbing knowledge: Proficient in plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance.
  • HVAC knowledge: Understanding of HVAC systems operation, repair, and upkeep.
  • Customer service: Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure tenant and client satisfaction.

Job Description:

  • Conducts regular inspections of building machinery, equipment, and systems; reports issues to immediate superior.
  • Responds promptly to tenant requests and provides appropriate actions or recommendations.
  • Performs maintenance work following established processes, standards, and safety protocols.
  • Ensures compliance with environmental, health and safety, and fire protection regulations.
  • Carries out regular monitoring, preventive, and corrective maintenance to maintain facility uptime and asset integrity.
  • Responds to service requests and ensures timely completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Conducts facility walkthroughs to inspect mechanical, electrical, and other system conditions.
  • Operates and maintains facility systems and equipment.
  • Manages the full work order cycle, ensuring quality and compliance with service requirements.
  • Assists in implementing the Preventive Maintenance (PM) program and documents deficiencies.
  • Identifies, records, and escalates maintenance issues or system deficiencies.
  • Provides observations and recommendations for equipment or system improvements.
  • Ensures health and safety equipment (e.g., fire extinguishers, alarms, FDAS) are updated and functional.
  • Reports all incidents to the immediate superior.
  • Promotes tenant and client satisfaction through quality service and professional interaction.
  • Participates in facility-related projects and ensures compliance with company policies and legal standards.
  • Maintains tools and arranges repair or replacement as necessary.
  • Suggests process improvements to enhance maintenance efficiency and service quality.
  • Actively participates in company activities, meetings, and training for personal and professional development.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17,000.00 per month
