What You'll Do

Review patient summaries and histories to identify clinical gaps and recommend next steps for providers.

Apply clinical guidelines to evaluate case management needs and flag potential follow-ups for chronic disease management.

*

Use established review templates and protocols to ensure consistency and accuracy.

*

Clearly document findings, insights, and recommendations in patient records.

*

Communicate care gaps and action items to Nurse Practitioners (NPs) for review and sign-off.

*

Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance review methods and quality.

*

Ensure full confidentiality and compliance with data privacy, billing, and regulatory standards.

Who You Are

*

Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) equivalent in the Philippines.

*

5+ years of clinical experience, preferably in bedside nursing or chronic disease management.

*

Skilled in care coordination, utilization review, or case management.

*

Strong English comprehension and written communication skills.

*

Able to work independently and remotely within structured review frameworks.

*

Analytical, detail-oriented, and methodical in documentation.

*

Appreciates a practical, guideline-driven approach to clinical evaluation rather than purely theoretical review.

*

Preference for seasoned professionals with broad, end-of-career experience—those who've "seen it all" and can translate it into meaningful insight.
