Job Title: Clinical Coordinator for a Urology Clinic Hourly Rate: $4.50-$4.75 Start Date: ASAP Job type: Full-Time Work Schedule: Monday -Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM AZ Time ONLY ACCEPTING APPLICANTS IN THE PHILIPPINES Position Overview: TheClinical Coordinator for the Urology Clinic oversees daily clinical and administrative operations to ensure efficient patient care and workflow. Responsibilities include coordinating new patient intake and transitional care, managing hospital and office medical records, handling medical record requests, FMLA/STD paperwork, and hospital consults. The role also involves verifying insurance eligibility, securing authorizations for visits, procedures, surgeries, and medications, preparing patient charts, maintaining the clinic’s Outlook calendar, and assisting with credentialing. This position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinical setting.
