Overview:

This fully remote, work-from-home role involves proactively engaging with customers. You'll handle needs assessment, resolve issues, foster customer relationships, and bring in-depth knowledge of our products, services, and installation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with customers across multiple channels.
  • Assess customer needs and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Utilize extensive familiarity with production and installation processes to guide support.
  • Manage projects using Moraware (our production and scheduling software).
  • Execute tasks within our estimating system and QuickBooks with basic proficiency.

DUTIES:

  • Present and promote our products and services using excellent needs analysis, listening skills, cost analysis, and presentation of a solution to prospective customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Project management from start to finish
  • Assist clients in selecting material for their project(s) and educate them on all products we offer.
  • Create customer estimates, detailed job paperwork, as well as QuickBooks invoices as needed.
  • Report critical job information in our operating system (Moraware).
  • Report customer activities in our company CRM.
  • Follow through on the sales process to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fluent English is required. You will communicate daily with our US Based customers.
  • Experience in Kitchen and Bath design or Interior design or Construction background.
  • General computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite, data entry, and internet-based information required.
  • Experience with inventory management software such as Slabsmith is highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • Technical sales knowledge of natural stone/quartz preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: USD750 - USD1,000 per month

Work Schedule: 8:00AM to 5:00PM Eastern Standard Time | Monday to Friday
