We are looking for a proactive and experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental initiatives across our operations, with a strong focus on project delivery in the Philippines. This role is critical in ensuring compliance, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a strong safety culture across all sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HSE management systems, plans, and procedures.
  • Provide expert advice on safety leadership, risk management, audits, and incident investigations.
  • Ensure compliance with local legislation, client requirements, and internal frameworks.
  • Lead HSE reporting, legal compliance tracking, and performance monitoring.
  • Support and mentor HSE teams and site representatives.
  • Engage with regulatory bodies, clients, and contractors to ensure high standards of HSE integration.
  • Promote a culture of safety through training, communication, and leadership.
