SECURITY OPERATIONS


• Coordinate with security service providers, local government units (LGUs), law enforcement, and community leaders to help maintain a secure environment at project sites.


• Conduct assessments and contribute to risk evaluation and mitigation plans related to asset protection.


• Support the implementation of personal protection protocols for key personnel as directed.


• Participate in crisis preparedness and response efforts, including drills and simulations.


• Monitor site security measures and raise any issues or recommendations for improvements.


• Assist in building and maintaining positive relationships with key community stakeholders to support site security and project continuity.


• Contribute to the preparation of business continuity and emergency response plans.


• Report and help investigate security incidents and support the implementation of corrective actions.

HEALTH / SAFETY / ENVIRONMENT (HSE)


• Develop, deliver and help manage HSE orientation and training programs for staff and contractors.


• Review and update HSE documentation, including policies and checklists, under the guidance of the Head.


• Prepare reports for internal use and regulatory submission, including environmental impact assessments.


• Coordinate third-party consultants and internal teams for ESDD, ESIA, and related activities.


• Conduct site-level monitoring for compliance with environmental requirements and recommend improvements.


• Support waste management practices and ensure proper documentation, especially for hazardous materials.


• Participate in incident investigations and follow through on recommended safety measures.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES


• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor compliance with safety and security standards.


• Stay informed of relevant regulations, industry trends, and best practices and share updates with the team.


• Support internal awareness programs related to compliance, safety, ethics, and security.


• Document and escalate findings from incidents and inspections, and track follow-up actions.


• Perform other duties assigned by the Head of Security & HSE, including support for special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
