Job description:

Social Media Management & Execution (50%)

● Multi-Platform Strategy: Develop and execute daily content strategies across key platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, to engage franchise owners and marketers.

● Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging content, primarily focusing on short video clips, platform-specific posts, and compelling ad copy.

● Community Management: Monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages, and actively engage with the target audience to build our brand community. 2. Content

Marketing & Campaign Strategy (50%)

● Lead Generation: Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns aimed at driving direct sign-ups for the product.

● Client Retention: Create content focused on client education and retention, ensuring our existing customers get the maximum value from their subscription.

● Ad Copywriting: Write clear, persuasive ad copy for paid social and digital channels, focusing on clear calls-to-action.

● Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all social media and content campaigns against goals (e.g., reach, engagement, sign-ups) using Google Analytics and HubSpot.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.

● Design Skills (Critical Initial Requirement): Proven ability and willingness to handle initial graphic design and video editing duties using tools like Canva, Adobe Express, or similar, before a dedicated designer is onboarded.

● Platform Proficiency: Expertise in managing and posting content to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

● Tools:

○ Required proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub (campaigns, automation, landing pages).

○ Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management platforms (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).

● Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, suitable for a professional US/Canadian audience

If Required / Preferred

● B2B / Franchise Experience (Preferred): Prior experience marketing products or services specifically to the B2B sector or the Franchise industry is a significant advantage.
