IMS Documentation and Implementation

  • Develop, update, and maintain the IMS manual, procedures, and forms in alignment with ISO standards.
  • Ensure that IMS documentation is properly controlled, reviewed, and accessible to concerned departments.
  • Support management in establishing, reviewing, and monitoring IMS objectives and KPIs.

Auditing and Compliance

  • Plan, schedule, and conduct internal audits across departments to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 requirements.
  • Prepare reports and follow up on non-conformities, corrective and preventive actions (NC/CAPA).
  • Coordinate external audits with certifying bodies and ensure readiness of all departments.
  • Monitor legal and regulatory requirements relevant to the company's operations.

Training and Awareness

  • Conduct IMS awareness orientations and refresher sessions for employees.
  • Promote a culture of quality, safety, and environmental responsibility through communication and engagement programs.
  • Assist in competency development related to IMS implementation.

Risk and Incident Management

  • Support the identification and assessment of risks, opportunities, and environmental aspects/impacts.
  • Monitor incident reports, near misses, and unsafe acts/conditions and assist in root cause analysis.
  • Participate in emergency preparedness and response planning.

Continuous Improvement

  • Recommend and implement process improvements based on audit results and performance evaluations.
  • Support management in conducting management reviews and tracking improvement actions.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure operational processes align with IMS standards and company goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Industrial Technology, or any related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in IMS, QMS, EHS, or related roles (preferably in manufacturing, construction, or ready-mix concrete industries).
  • Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
  • ISO Internal Auditor certification is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
