About This Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced People Manager – SuccessFactors to lead and oversee the administration, support, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors. The role involves managing a team of professionals, ensuring system maintenance and upkeep of employee records in SF, driving continuous improvement, and acting as a key liaison between HR, IT, and business stakeholders. The People Manager will also provide strategic guidance to maximize the value of SuccessFactors modules while ensuring data integrity, compliance, and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SuccessFactors administrators.
Allocate tasks, set performance goals, and ensure timely delivery of system enhancements and support.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
- SuccessFactors System Management
Ensure smooth execution of core HR processes such as re-organization, update employee records and SOX compliance and reporting.
Partner with IT & Quality team to drive process improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the primary point of contact for HR leadership, business units, and technical teams regarding SuccessFactors.
Translate business needs into project and drive closure.
Work with ERT / IM/ Q&P to drive improvement.
- Process Optimization & Compliance
Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation and system capabilities.
Ensure compliance with data privacy, information security, and statutory regulations.
Monitor system usage and data quality; implement controls to maintain integrity.
- Reporting & Analytics
Develop and deliver HR dashboards, reports, and insights to leadership.
Leverage analytics from SuccessFactors to support workforce planning and talent strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
8+ years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in SAP SuccessFactors.
Minimum 3 years of prior leadership/people management experience required.
Can work hybrid (McKinley Taguig office)

Hands-on experience with multiple SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central mandatory; others like Recruitment, LMS, PMGM, Compensation preferred).

Strong understanding of system integrations (SAP HCM, Payroll, Finance, etc.).
Proficiency in reporting tools (Advanced Reporting, People Analytics, or similar).

Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Problem-solving and analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to balance operational support with long-term strategic projects.
