DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Consolidating of Sales Forecast vs. Remaining PO vs. Stock on Hand of RM and PM to have a total needed quantity for ordering.

  • Preparing of Purchase Requisition or Blanket PO base on Sales Forecast (Consolidated Quantity).

  • Review orders base on delivery schedule.

  • Coordinates to Purchasing Department for follow up of Request for Delivery.

  • Keeping and updating of records and information

  • Preparing document for In and Out Finished Goods (STR, STW & Pull-out).

  • Entry of Excess and Damage of Packaging Materials from Production.

  • On time encoding of Finished Goods Transfer Invoice (FGTI) from Production to Dispatch Warehouse to update Inventory of FG base on System.

  • Create and maintains the Demand Forecast and Planning simulation as the primary forecasting tool;

  • Prepare reports for the forecast accuracy vs. actual sales, inventory plan vs. targets, forecast budget vs. actual and inventory measurements to the principal and management;

  • Organize forecast and inventory planning meetings with Inventory Analyst to review sales forecasts and inventory coverage (emphasis on brand transitions, new product, phase in and phase out items);

  • Utilize a collaborative and agreement approach by working with sales, finance and principal to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts;

  • Prepare the Purchase Order and seek approval by management to guarantee the right coverage in order to avoid lost sales or over stock situations;

  • Assemble and analyze all data pertinent to create demand forecast according to different layers of analysis: historical sales, seasonality and assortment variation for each Stock Keeping Unit/s (SKUs);

  • Monitor the actual sales and conducts necessary adjustment to assess the planning requirements for the succeeding months;

  • Make recommendation of inventory targets adjustments based on changes in demand

  • Develops, monitors, controls the inventory strategies on existing items, new and phase-outs items;

  • Closely coordinate and communicate principal's action plans;

  • Attends monthly Business Review (BR) with principal and discusses the following:

  • Purchase Order Status

  • Demand Forecast

  • Inventory On Hand

  • On Shelf Availability

  • Month to Last

  • Actual Sell Out

  • Launches

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree in business economics, statistic, mathematics, engineer or related fields

  • At least 3 - 5 years of experience in the role, scheduling, forecasting and planning

  • Knowledge of demand management/forecasting tools, forecasting processes in sales, marketing, operations, finance, manufacturing and supply chain issues

  • Forecasting skills and the ability to determine sales trends in the market.

  • Confident System knowledge and proficient user of MS Office, with advanced Excel skills (Pivot/Vlookup/Formulas/Shortcuts etc...)

  • Extensive spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical skills

  • Knowledge of key inventory performance metrics

  • Collaborative skills in resolving long and short positions in inventory

  • Experience in managing end of life cycle and obsolete inventory

  • Desirable FMCG company managing planning processes

  • Desirable understanding of Planning processes.

  • Good communication and team building skills

  • Strong analytical abilities and detail oriented

  • Must be flexible and able to work in a fast paced environment
