As a Security Guard, you play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our premises, assets, and personnel. Your responsibilities contribute directly to the success of our Security/Safety operations and the overall well-being of our organization.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Patrol and Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols to monitor activities, prevent security breaches, and enforce regulations.

  • Access Control: Manage entry and exit points, verify credentials, and ensure only authorized individuals access restricted areas.

  • Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergencies, provide first aid when necessary, and coordinate with emergency services.

  • Report Writing: Maintain detailed logs of security incidents, prepare reports, and communicate effectively with supervisors.

  • Customer Service: Interact with employees, visitors, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner, addressing inquiries and concerns.

Alarm Monitoring: Monitor security systems, investigate alarms, and take appropriate action to address potential threats.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must at least be a High School Graduate, Bachelor's/College Degree is an edge

  • Minimum of one to two (1-2) years' experience as a security guard or equivalent experience.

  • Height and Weight: standard height of 5'6" with weight proportionate built but still negotiable.

  • With a Valid Security Licence (PADPAO)

  • With good oral and written communication skills

  • Can easily understand instructions and work under minimum supervision

  • Has a friendly and professional demeanor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
