About the role

At Akari Lighting and Technology Corporation, we are seeking an experienced Security Guard to join our team in our Quezon City, Metro Manila location. As a full-time Security Guard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, personnel, and assets.

What you'll be doing:

  1. Patrolling and monitoring our premises to deter and detect security breaches
  2. Controlling access to our facilities by checking identification and maintaining visitor logs
  3. Responding promptly to any security incidents or emergencies and escalating as necessary
  4. Conducting regular security checks and reporting any issues or concerns
  5. Ensuring that all security protocols and procedures are followed at all times
  6. Providing a friendly and professional presence to all employees, visitors, and clients

What we're looking for:

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Security Guard or in a similar role
  2. Height requirement: 5'4-5'6
  3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain vigilant and alert at all times
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a variety of stakeholders
  5. Sound judgment and the ability to make quick decisions in emergency situations
  6. Physical fitness and the stamina to perform regular patrols and respond to incidents
  7. A valid security guard license and a clean criminal record
