We are seeking candidates who can start immediately without notice period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and social channels to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with relevant influencers and brand partners to boost marketing reach.
  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) through engaging and on-brand content.
  • Conduct SEO audits, keyword research, and implement optimization strategies to improve website rankings and visibility.
  • Plan and create content calendars that align with the company's branding and business objectives.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, and web) to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity.
  • Research market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to identify new growth opportunities
  • Assist in the creation of promotional materials and manage online advertisements or sponsored content.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with SEO and social media campaign management.
- Hands-on experience with digital tools such as Google Analytics, SEO software (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and social media schedulers.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to branding and visual consistency.
- Excellent analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to evolving marketing trends and digital technologies.
- Experience in the beauty or insurance industry is an advantage.
