About the role

Our client, JG Manpower & General Contractor Services Corporation, is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Encoder to join their team in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. As an Encoder, you will play a key role in accurately inputting and processing data to support the company's operations. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Accurately and efficiently enter data into the company's computer systems and databases

  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all data entered

  • Perform routine data maintenance tasks, such as updating and organising records

  • Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve any data-related issues

  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information

  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to data management

What we're looking for

  • Excellent typing and data entry skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word

  • Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively

  • Familiarity with data management software and systems is preferred

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a data entry or similar administrative role
