About the role

This is a full-time Production Supervisor role with Sydenham Laboratories, Inc. based in Dasmarinas City, Cavite. As the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing production teams, ensuring efficient and effective workflows while maintaining high quality standards.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of production teams to meet daily and weekly targets

  • Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency

  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety and quality protocols

  • Train and develop production staff to enhance their skills and capabilities

  • Liaise with other departments to align production with overall business objectives

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities

  • Identify and resolve issues or bottlenecks in the production process

  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing supervisor role

  • Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles

  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills

  • Ability to lead, motivate and develop team members

  • Proficient in using production management software and data analysis tools

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Diploma or degree in a relevant field such as engineering, operations management or a related discipline
