Senior Web & Mobile Game Developer (3D/Physics-based Animation)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Web & Mobile Game Developer to join our team and lead the development of cutting-edge web app and mobile games that leverage 3D rendering, physics-based animations, and real-time graphics. These games will focus on immersive 3D visualizations and physics simulations (e.g., dynamic ball physics, animated 3D interactions) rather than traditional player interaction.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of visually engaging, physics-driven 3D experiences for mobile and web platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimize 3D-rendered web and mobile games with strong focus on physics-based animations and real-time rendering.
  • Build interactive and non-interactive 3D experiences (e.g., dynamic simulations, physics-driven animations, and visual storytelling).
  • Implement physics engines and integrate smooth animations into 3D environments.
  • Ensure cross-platform compatibility (iOS, Android, major browsers).
  • Collaborate with designers, artists, and backend engineers to deliver a seamless product.
  • Optimize performance for low-latency and high-quality 3D rendering on mobile devices and browsers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest game development technologies and best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in web and/or mobile game development.
  • Strong proficiency in:
  • JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or similar).
  • 3D libraries and frameworks such as , , PlayCanvas, or equivalent.
  • Physics engines (e.g., , , , PhysX).
  • Experience with WebGL and rendering optimizations for mobile devices.
  • Proven track record of delivering 3D games, simulations, or interactive animations.
  • Deep understanding of game loop logic, rendering pipelines, and optimization techniques.
  • Strong grasp of mathematics for game development (vectors, matrices, transformations, kinematics).
  • Ability to debug, profile, and optimize performance bottlenecks.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skill

  • Familiarity with shader programming (GLSL).
  • Exposure to AI-driven animations or procedural content generation.
  • Prior experience working in mobile performance optimization and handling GPU/CPU trade-offs.
