Job Summary:

The Production Supervisor oversees daily manufacturing operations in our 24/7 food production facility. The role ensures that production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and workplace safety.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate production activities across shifts to meet daily output targets.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards (GMP, HACCP, SQMS).
  • Monitor line performance, minimize downtime, and optimize resource utilization.
  • Lead, coach, and develop production staff; conduct training as needed.
  • Ensure safe working practices and compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
  • Prepare and submit daily production and compliance reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in food manufacturing or FMCG.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and production processes.
  • Effective leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Willing to work on rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
