Your Role

As an
AU Data Entry Clerk
, you are responsible for:

  • Link products from weekly grocery, liquor, and pharmacy retailer catalogues to partially matched databases.
  • Match and locate missing/incomplete product group names following a prescribed data linking process.
  • Complete weekly Excel databases provided for data entry and delivery.
  • Provide weekly updates for industry-specific software.
  • Report to and collaborate with the Database team to deliver databases for the local FMCG marketplace.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in Data Entry.
  • Core Skills: Basic MS Excel skills and a background in web-search skills and database management.
  • Aptitudes: Excellent attention to detail, strong technical aptitude, and the ability to remain focused and maintain quality during repetitive tasks.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Mindset: Willingness to learn.
  • Advantageous: Experience with relational data tables, familiarity with grocery, liquor, or pharmacy products, or experience with Power BI or Power Query.
