Job Description:

  • Prepare and maintain transport and vehicle movement documents (trip tickets, gate passes, delivery receipts, fuel logs, etc.)
  • Track and record vehicle usage, driver assignments, mileage reports, and maintenance schedules
  • Maintain inventory records for tools, spare parts, and automotive supplies
  • Log incoming and outgoing deliveries including shipment schedules and receiving reports
  • Ensure proper filing, storage, and security of documents (manual and electronic)
  • Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly logistics/motorpool reports
  • Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, suppliers, and warehouse teams for document processing
  • Monitor compliance with company logistics procedures and policies
  • Support fuel issuance tracking and documentation for vehicles and equipment
  • Assist in updating fleet management systems or spreadsheets
  • Ensure accuracy in all records and promptly correct discrepancies
  • Provide administrative support to logistics and motorpool management

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any business course.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in logistics, motorpool, or transport administration
  • Organize and dependable.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Willing to start ASAP.
