Job description

Assists the VM Department with below requirements:

-Liaises with the Merchandising Team on product allocation requirements.

-Works closely with the Creative, Marketing, E-Commerce & Sales Team to collate assets, documents nay related files to create in-store collaterals, visual display and initiatives such as campaign/product activation, promotions, off-site event set up, etc.

-Conducts regular store visits to ensure that the stores meet the Visual Merchandising Standards.

-Assists repair requests for visual merchandising fixtures, brand signage, lighting, etc. where necessary

-Provides detailed floor plans and assist in new stores set-up, old stores tear-down and set-up, tear-down of temporary stores & events set up as and when required.

-Research current trends and sources materials for new store designs, fixtures and displays such as modules, display tables, and small items such as hooks, risers, etc.

-Assists the VM Manager to communicate with Suppliers, Retail Operations for updating & follow up execution requirements for Product activation/Campaign & Promotions.

-Shoots, edits and enhances high-resolution product images.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in art/design/creative Multimedia/fashion or equivalent

Fresh graduate's applicants are encourage to apply

Applicants with 1-3 years work experience in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent is an advantage.

A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics

Proficient with design software and technologies –Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup and other graphic & 3D modelling software is a plus.

Basic knowledge in product photography

Self-motivated, willing to learn, highly adaptable and positive

Creative mind set & interest in keeping updated with the latest trends, competitors

Good communication skills, can work well with minimal supervision and with a team.

Excellent planning and organizational skills

Must be willing to supervise ingress of store events after mall hours
