Job Description
  • Define, design, and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy.
  • Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store.
  • Produce window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays.
  • Change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes.
  • Understand the store situations and customer demands.
  • Keep focus on stock situation, ensure the stock turnover rate within a reasonable range.
  • Analyze and act accordingly to competitor's movements and dynamics and make reasonable judgments upon the own brand.
  • Work as a team to maintain the brand image.
  • Oversee the basic production and brief staff on arranging displays.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Graduate of Arts and Designs, Multimedia, Mass Communications, or any four-year Business course.
  • With at least 6 months experience as a Visual Merchandiser.
  • Retail industry experience is an advantage.
  • Strong Communication Skills.
  • Creative Visual Arts and Multimedia Designs, Planogramming.
  • Adept at using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other creative programs
