Key Responsibilities:

  • Scrape, research, and curate leads using tools like Sales Navigator, following curated lists and market trends.
  • Personalize outreach via cold calls, emails, messages—and respond to inbound leads—in line with your industry's tone and strategy.
  • Leverage the GHL CRM (Lead to Close) system to nurture, qualify, and track leads through the funnel.
  • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments, updating calendars and sending reminders as needed.
  • Maintain detailed CRM logs of all communications, statuses, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure readiness and information flow for upcoming meetings.
  • Provide prospects with preliminary product/service information and clarify basic queries.
  • Participate in a one-week onboarding to master internal outreach systems; additional training on industry-specific processes will be provided.
  • Strive to meet or exceed performance metrics (e.g., number of appointments set, conversion rates).

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience with CRM platforms and lead tracking tools.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools like Sales Navigator.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Comfortable making outbound outreach and handling inbound inquiries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
