Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage daily data center operations, including company assets, equipment, server room temperature, power supplies, and air conditioning units
  • Handle daily IT operations for systems and office equipment (Windows OS, PCs, laptops, Wi-Fi, printers, and mobile devices), including startup and shutdown procedures
  • Provide technical support, installation, troubleshooting, and escalate incidents to the COL IT Infrastructure and Operations Teams when needed
  • Report system and application issues found during monitoring and assist with daily IT procedures
  • Prepare and submit required daily and monthly reports
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related course
  • 2–3 years of relevant work experience preferred (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply)
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts if needed
  • Knowledge of computer network equipment (switches, routers, basic firewall) is an advantage
  • Familiarity with Linux OS and any programming language is a plus
  • Must be residing in Angeles, Pampanga, or nearby areas
  • Available to start immediately
  • Willing to work onsite at Mabalacat City, Pampanga
