Role Summary: Head Chef

The role oversees all aspects of culinary operations, from menu development to kitchen management, ensuring exceptional food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

  • Culinary Innovation & Menu Development:
    Design and refresh menus, create signature dishes, and standardize recipes for consistency and profitability.

  • Kitchen Operations:
    Supervise food preparation, enforce SOPs and HACCP standards, plan production schedules, and optimize efficiency.

  • Team Leadership:
    Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff while fostering teamwork and career growth.

  • Inventory & Cost Management:
    Monitor inventory, control food costs, and collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality and efficiency.

  • Food Safety & Compliance:
    Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations through regular inspections and staff oversight.

  • Customer Satisfaction & Quality Assurance:
    Maintain consistent food quality, respond to feedback, and support promotional initiatives.

  • Additional Duties:
    Perform other tasks as assigned by management, maintaining high standards of culinary excellence.
