Social Media Marketing Manager

A leading Pilates and wellness studio is looking for a highly strategic and creative Social Media Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our digital presence.

This role combines hands-on content creation with strategic planning, and requires strong on-site presence at the studio to capture authentic moments and collaborate with the team.

What You'll Do
  • Lead Strategy: Develop and execute annual marketing plans, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Content Creation: Produce and post engaging content daily — from class clips and testimonials to studio happenings.
  • Paid Media: Manage boosting and paid campaigns within budget to expand reach and drive conversions.
  • Community Management: Oversee client engagement on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Viber, WhatsApp, email, and SMS.
  • Client Communications: Post daily class schedules, craft engaging message templates, and maximize bookings through direct communications.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, analyze results, and refine strategies to grow online presence.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the studio team, with on-site presence at least 3x/week.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with external partners for campaigns and specialized projects.
What We're Looking For
  • Education: Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in social media/content marketing (fitness, wellness, or beauty industry experience a plus).
  • Creative & Technical Skills: Photography, videography, copywriting, design, and video editing.
  • Expertise: Strong knowledge of trends, algorithms, paid ads, and multi-channel communication.
  • Mindset: Strategic thinker, detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Passion: A genuine interest in Pilates, fitness, and wellness.
