Role Overview
Our Client is seeking a highly organized, proactive
Personal Assistant (PA)
who can also assist with
basic website updates and content management
. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail, and enjoys supporting business operations while contributing to digital improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Personal Assistant Duties:
- Managing emails, scheduling, and calendar coordination
- Organizing documents, files, and internal systems
- Assisting with daily admin and operational tasks
- Handling client correspondence and follow-ups
- Supporting project coordination and general business support
Website & Digital Support:
- Updating website content (text, images, blogs, promotions)
- Making basic layout or content changes via CMS (e.g. WordPress, Wix, Shopify, etc.)
- Uploading new offers, itineraries, and promotions
- Ensuring content accuracy and consistency
- Liaising with developers/designers when required
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with website CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Reliable internet connection and availability during US business hours
Nice to Have
- Experience in the travel or hospitality industry
- Basic understanding of SEO and website best practices
- Graphic or content editing experience
Working Hours & Compensation
- Flexible hours (aligned to US time zones)
