SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

· Build, upgrade, configure, provision, install and administer Windows servers from scratch spanning different platforms and configurations.

· Oversee Windows Server cumulative patch updates and troubleshoot issues with patching.

· Perform basic monitoring, troubleshooting and repair of all aspects of servers, operating systems, and hardware.

· Respond to customer impacting events. Diagnose, resolve, and communicate problems.

· Perform routine maintenance activities on customer server environments. Upgrade and downgrade servers.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

· At least 2 years' experience in enterprise IT

· Experience in Windows Server 2008 R2 upgrade to Windows 2012 R2.

· Experience in Windows Server 2012 R2 upgrade to Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2019 or Windows Server 2022.

· Ability to troubleshoot Windows operating system, software, and hardware related problems.

· Pre-implementation project planning and post implementation documentation skills.

· Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize your time based on supervisor input.

· Ability to work independently with little direct supervision. · Fluent verbal and written skills in the English language.
