Job Responsibilities:

  • Focus on tele-collections and account monitoring.
  • Timely call and communicate with clients regarding their account status.
  • Check and validate account balances in EPS.
  • Attend to customer inquiries on outstanding balances and unpaid MAPs.
  • Notify the superior and collectors about client concerns and inquiries.

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a four-year Accounting, Business, or Commerce course.
  • With at least 6 months of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pre-need or financing industry.
  • Customer service-oriented, with strong communication skills.
  • Highly attentive to details and analytical.
  • Can work with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willing to work in Capas, Tarlac.
