As we continue to scale our operations, we are looking for a dynamic BPO Trainer to join us in our Cebu office and lead the onboarding and continuous development of our associates, ensuring alignment with client expectations, performance goals, and quality standards.
Instructional Design & Learning Delivery
- Design and implement new hire onboarding, product training, and process refresher programs across voice, chat, and email channels.
- Develop blended learning solutions integrating instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced e-learning modules.
- Create SCORM-compliant training content using industry-standard authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia).
- Apply adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
Knowledge Base & Learning Content Management
- Own the creation, curation, and continuous improvement of internal and client-facing knowledge base articles, SOPs, and learning resources.
- Collaborate with operations, QA, and SMEs to validate content accuracy, ensure compliance, and maintain version control.
- Standardize documentation and content taxonomy for consistent learner experience and quick knowledge retrieval.
Learning Technology & Data-Driven Optimization
- Administer and optimize the LMS, including course design, enrollment, tracking, reporting, and certification management.
- Integrate AI tools and training automation workflows to personalize learning paths and accelerate delivery timelines.
- Use analytics dashboards and LMS data to measure learner engagement, training effectiveness, and ROI.
Strategic Learning & Leadership Development
- Partner with WFM, QA, and Operations to identify skill gaps and design scalable, targeted learning interventions.
- Support program launches, process changes, and organizational initiatives through rapid instructional design and deployment.
- Develop and lead upskilling pathways for senior agents, SMEs, and leadership readiness programs to build internal talent pipelines.
- Facilitate leadership coaching sessions, peer learning circles, and capability-building workshops.
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience in call center or BPO training, including content creation and training delivery.
- Hands-on experience with LMS administration (e.g., WorkRamp, SAP Litmos, TalentLMS, etc.).
- Experience using SCORM authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, iSpring, etc.).
- Familiarity with AI training tools, chatbots, or learning automation platforms is a strong plus.
- Excellent facilitation and coaching skills—confident with both live classroom and virtual settings.
- Exceptional organizational skills and comfort managing training across multiple programs.
- High attention to detail in content creation, scheduling, and compliance documentation.
