Training Assistant (Hybrid Work)

We are looking for a Training Assistant to join our team This role is perfect for someone organized, resourceful, and eager to support engaging learning experiences.

Responsibilities


• Prepare training materials and resources


• Assist the resource speaker and participants during sessions


• Coordinate with venues and handle logistical requirements


• Prepare post-training reports and documentation

Qualifications


• Undergraduates are welcome to apply


• Strong communication and analytical skills


• Willingness to travel for client onsite training


• Familiarity with Microsoft apps (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Canva, Zoom, MS Teams, and similar tools

Work Setup


• Hybrid work location (mix of remote and onsite assignments)
