Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the full scope of plant operations, ensuring the achievement of production, quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) targets.
  • Lead and supervise all manufacturing departments including Production, QA/QC, Production Control, and Logistics.
  • Align manufacturing strategies with corporate goals to support overall business performance and growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong generalist background with hands-on experience across multiple manufacturing functions
  • Knowledge of quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001), lean manufacturing, and production control.
  • Proven leadership in managing a mid-to-large-scale manufacturing facility, preferably in electronics, semiconductor, or high-precision industries.
