ROLE SUMMARY

Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable and Receivable (AP/AR) Accounting Specialist to join their growing team. The ideal candidate possesses experience in construction accounting, particularly with regards to cost coding, working on cashflow workbooks, and preparing WIP reports.

WORK SCHEDULE: 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM Pacific Daylight Time (5:30 AM – 2:30 PM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • File taxes
  • Process payroll
  • Handle health savings and business licenses
  • Perform administrative tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A bachelor's degree in the related field is preferred
  • Must be familiar with construction accounting (cost coding, cashflow workbooks, WIP reporting, etc.)
  • Experience with internal systems, such as Procore, Sage 100 Contractor, and Microsoft 365
  • Strong organization, oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in a multi-client environment
  • Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
  • Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation
  • Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
