Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of QA & Test Automation – Telecom, based in Manila. The role involves overseeing the quality assurance process, leading the test automation initiatives, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities include managing the QA team, conducting quality audits, implementing quality management systems, and analyzing test results to ensure high-quality deliverables. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

  • Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management skills
  • Experience in Quality Auditing
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Proficiency in test automation tools and techniques
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a complex environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience in the telecom industry is a plus
