About the Role
The Head of Tech Solutions leads our Software & IoT portfolio, which includes products and services that power how people and businesses work, connect, and secure their environments — from home productivity tools and smart security to IoT solutions and digital collaboration platforms.
You'll be responsible for defining the vision, roadmap, and commercial strategy of this portfolio across consumer, SME, and enterprise markets. This means identifying where technology meets real-world needs — and building scalable, sustainable products that deliver value across customer segments.
This role blends technical understanding, business strategy, and commercial leadership, guiding a team of product managers and working cross-functionally to drive both innovation and profitability.
What You'll Do
Strategic & Portfolio Leadership
- Own the strategic direction, roadmap, and lifecycle of the Software & IoT product portfolio.
- Guide a team of product managers overseeing solutions such as productivity software, smart home & IoT devices, collaboration tools, and connected workplace systems.
- Ensure products are desirable, feasible, and viable across all customer segments — consumer, SME, and enterprise.
- Identify emerging trends and new technology opportunities to continuously evolve the portfolio.
Commercial & Business Ownership
- Define and execute strategies to drive portfolio growth, adoption, and profitability.
- Set commercial frameworks, pricing models, and business cases for new products or enhancements.
- Evaluate build, partner, or integrate opportunities to expand offerings and accelerate go-to-market.
- Partner with segment-based Product Partners to tailor offers, bundles, and campaigns for each market segment.
- Monitor product performance and optimize for P&L impact and customer lifetime value.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with Enablement and IT to ensure operational readiness for launches and ongoing delivery.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product Partners to craft effective go-to-market strategies and segment-specific positioning.
- Engage with Finance, Strategy, and CX to ensure every product is commercially sound, customer-led, and operationally scalable.
- Represent the product organization in cross-functional planning, reviews, and innovation initiatives.

- Experienced in managing product portfolios that serve multiple customer types.
- Skilled in balancing innovation, technical feasibility, and commercial returns.

- Data-driven, customer-focused, and energized by building products that make a real impact.
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years in product management, portfolio strategy, or related roles within technology or telecom.
- At least 3 years in a leadership capacity managing multi-product portfolios.
- Proven experience developing commercially successful products across consumer and business markets.
- Strong understanding of IoT, SaaS, productivity, or connected device ecosystems.
- Excellent commercial acumen, with experience in pricing, P&L management, and market positioning.
