JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Responsible for overall execution of all sales and marketing plans, promotional strategies, and projects while ensuring adherence to company policies
  • Responsible for sales and key accounts growth
  • Field Work: Daily sales calls to different pet shops, agrivets, vet clinics, and other pet-related establishments (Must be willing to go out of town, ex. Visayas Sales Blitz)
  • Provincial sales blitzes as needed
  • Creates, maintains, and updates customer database
  • Actively promote all company products
  • Establish and maintain rapport with new and existing customers for wholesale distribution channels
  • Monitor and forecast all customer orders and deliveries and coordinate such with Administrative Office
  • Help Finance staff monitor Accounts Receivables and follow-up overdue accounts
  • Help Finance staff with billing and collection concerns as applicable and as needed
  • Validate and document all customer product complaints, if any
  • Monitor local market conditions related to the industry and business, including supply and demand scenarios, competitor's check, and price check
  • Demonstrate high ethical and professional standards and behavior when dealing with business contacts
  • Completes all reports and administrative responsibilities (whether daily, weekly, or monthly) as directed by management

Qualifications:

Must be Cebu-based

Proven experience in pet sales (products, services, or veterinary-related offerings)

Strong customer relationship-building and communication skills

Ability to meet and exceed sales targets

Familiarity with sales tracking tools and reporting

Willing to travel within Cebu and nearby areas for client visits or events

Highly motivated, self-starter, and results-oriented

Team player with a positive, professional attitude
