Job Summary:

The Insurance Sales Representative is responsible for selling motor vehicle (car) insurance policies to clients. The role includes assisting customers in choosing suitable coverage, preparing quotations, processing applications, and ensuring excellent service before and after policy issuance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell motorcar insurance policies to new and existing clients.
  • Provide accurate quotations based on client and vehicle details.
  • Explain insurance coverages, inclusions, exclusions, and premium costs.
  • Assist clients in completing application forms and submitting requirements.
  • Coordinate with the underwriting team for policy issuance and renewal.
  • Follow up with clients for payments, renewals, and policy updates.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide assistance during claims filing or inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Experience in insurance or car dealership sales is an advantage.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-oriented and results-driven.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle insurance is preferred.
  • Willing to do fieldwork and meet clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
